By accessing or using the NanoLog service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
NanoLog is a SaaS product providing widgets and dashboards for changelogs, roadmaps, and feedback tracking. The service is subject to change, updates, and improvements at our discretion.
Some features of NanoLog are available via paid subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their payment terms.
Founders Tier Special Terms: The Founders Tier requires an upfront entry/setup fee of $49.00 USD, which includes the first 6 months of Pro service free of charge, after which you will be billed at the standard rate of $49.00 USD per month. This upfront fee of $49.00 USD is strictly non-refundable and is considered a setup fee to cover infrastructure provisioning and early-access onboarding. By purchasing the Founders Tier, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that this initial upfront payment is non-refundable.
For standard subscription plans, refunds are issued at our sole discretion or as required by applicable local consumer protection laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to bypass widget limits, or use the service for illegal activities.
In no event shall AHM Labs Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service.
